[BUG]精细化cpu编排文档似乎和代码实现对不上

What happened:
在精细化 CPU 编排这篇官方文档里面，介绍了k8s 原生的拓扑管理器，并且介绍了使用koordinator，给节点打标签的方式也可以实现kubelet同样的效果。关于标签的使用：
文档中用的是: node.koordinator.sh/numa-topology-alignment-policy
但是在源码里面用的标签是：node.koordinator.sh/numa-topology-policy
这块我比较疑惑，我想使用koordinator的拓扑管理器功能取代kubelet的拓扑管理器功能，我应该给节点打的标签具体是哪个？
