Management of Jupyter domain names (e.g. mybinder.org)

The domain registration for mybinder.org is due soon: jupyterhub/team-compass#424 (comment)

It's currently in @choldgraf's personal account. We've had previous discussions about moving to a team account, and I'm also aware the topic of domains has come up: https://github.com/jupyter/security/blob/main/meetings/2023-04-18.md

Do you have any suggestions on how you think these domain should be managed? Or should JupyterHub make it's own arrangements for now?

Hi,

We can discuss this during our Security meeting next Tuesday and come up with a recommendation. I've got a couple of ideas but I'd like to get some feedback from the rest of the Security Subproject, first. But since it's going to renew in a couple of weeks we'll get back to you early next week.
