Cursor does not stop blinking after :FZF (Windows, Git Bash)

Problem / Steps to reproduce

Run :FZF and select a file. The cursor blinks when you search the :FZF pop-up, but does not stop after you select a file from the pop-up.
This was tested in Git Bash (which comes with git for ).
