If you think it would be useful (if it aligns with any particular interest of yours) then sure.

Otherwise, I'm fine leaving things as they are for now, since I typically spend less than a minute talking about federation (I just want people to remember "do not create clusters spanning WAN links with high latency, because Raft").

Once the federation v2 stuff gets more usable I'll probably write a section about it anyway!

I just don't like giving people info with a significant gap, so I mention these quickly on that slide. I can take a stab at adding a little info but no rush (as you're saying, the v2 stuff is in progress). I think we probably want to keep this issue to remind us to do this work?
