Allow excluding unwanted severities/licenses/scopes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We can only select if we want an item to appear in the dependency tree. The filter works by inclusion and not by exclusion.
For example, if a dependency has both dev and prod scopes, unchecking "dev" from the scope will still make it appear.

To have a way to exclude a dependency with a specific severity/license/scope from the dependency tree.
