Improve "Filter" menu UI

Description of the bug

Maybe I'm a little stupid but I find the filter menu not very intuitive to use. I'm never quite sure what will happen when I select a filter like "unplayed" for example. Will it filter out (i.e. hide) unplayed films? Or will it filter out everything except unplayed items?

I think it would be helpful if the UI would be more clear what selecting a filter does by adding a verb to the menu like "hide". That way it should be obvious what will happen, for example "hide" "played".
