Reference: <template>: The Content Template element

This can be used to provide a simpler, more declarative API in case list is empty from start, e. g.:

<ul class="list">
  <template>
    <li>
      <h3 class="name"></h3>
      <p class="born"></p>
    </li>
  </template>
</ul>
