The synthesizer doesn't pronounce anything for this ɻ character, when it should pronounce an almost vowel "r" sound as used in Mandarin and certain dialects of English. It does pronounce ɹ, which I believe is the same sound, but if it's not against the nature of the code, maybe you should make the synthesizer also pronounce ɻ.
