Currently the ITF discord is quite hard coded in a few places, we want to add the "thomas more graduaten" also. But before enabling this we should make sure all ITF specific behaviour should stay inside the ITF guild ID

Changes done

  • configuration added, now json files soon mongodb
  • voice is now multi guild
  • hive is fully configurable
