Spack packaging is increasingly relevant for use in HPC installations. A lot of dependencies such as jaxlib are already part of Spack's built in set of recipes, however there's some complexity in the from source style w/ Spack.

  • ci scripts for building spack install with working jax incl. cuda
  • setup binary cache to speed up installs elsewhere
  • a package file for vbjax like this one for TVB
  • (automated) test on relevant infra
