Add/modify fields to WorkflowStateMixin #275

Add the following fields to WorkflowStateMixin, all optional:

  • Target Persona - an FK to User Persona (just a TitleSlugMixin)
  • Journey Stage - an FK to User Journey Stage (another TitleSlugMixin)
  • First Publish Date - a date field.

Change the help_text of 'brief' to : "Specify and describe job(s)/communication objective".
