Most recent versions of the collector print a bit more information in the error message, and allow a certain amount of flex before printing it. But even so, I don't expect that error message to actually cause the collector to stop. So perhaps there's something else going on. Setting loglevels of trace or debug can give a lot more information, but might be excessive unless the problem happens reasonably quickly after startup.
The exporter program starts find and runs for some time. However, it fails after some time with the following error:
ERRO[0201] Status reports appear to be from the future. Check the TZ Offset value in the program configuration.
MQ Version: 9.0.2.1
The exporter program is running on the same host as that of the Queue Manager.
