tcpcollect 如果可以跑在客户端，从客户端来查看数据包交换的情况，我们在排查问题，有时会用到。如果提 pr 到这里，不知道会不会考虑 merge.

最后感谢大神写出这么好用的工具~

确实，如果在客户端可以更方便的排查问题。
不过我不太愿意去修改这玩意了～～～
