Community registration not possible, no contact possible

I wanted to create an account in the forum but it always says my email or username or password is invalid. Whatever I enter, it's all invalid. But all the fields' checkmarks are green. And I cannot find any other means to contact anybody about this. No legal contact, no administrator, no email, no nothing. Only this GitHub issues is working. What can I do to create a forum account?
