Documentation refers to an action with the id notify.discord, but no such action exists.

Repro:

1. Create discord app / bot per instructions
2. Confirm permissions and authorize bot for server/channel
3. Add Discord HA integration
4. Enter secret key for bot when prompted
5. Note: the confirmation screen should show that the setup was successful
6. Open Developer Tools in HA, select Action
7. Type notify. in the Action autocomplete
8. Note: there is no notify action available for Discord integration
