Project is not working on Py 3.9+

Project is nearly dead, it's not working on python 3.9+. I've changed some logics and code, so now it works fine (even saving video with graph animation). I believe, i will create smth like UI-interface (at least code interface for protocol logics change), but I need a permission to the branches in your repo.
