I am opening this issue in order to restructure the Innovar package for the purpose of submitting to CRAN.
Points to review:

  • Restructuring the description of the pkg
  • Dependence packages review
  • Update functions
  • Document the package correctly with reproducible examples
  • Generate a new article involving the use of functions from:
    • Data collection
    • Spatial analysis of diseases
    • Visualisation of results
  • Generate new database about dengue or malaria
  • Remove distrital limits like dataset or rdata
  • Remove files unnecesary
  • Proposed hexagonal logo in svg format
  • Rename functions
  • Eliminate unnecessary or old branches
  • Activate GHA
