Describe the bug
Multiple tabs - Signing out on one tab causes a timeout on another tab
To Reproduce
I open our application in two different tabs in chrome. I sign out of the application on the first tab. This triggers a timeout on the second tab.
Expected behavior
Until ng-idle 12, the second tab did not timeout. Issue is found with ng-idle 13
