Backwards Incompatible changes

adb_commands.AdbCommands() is now a normal class rather than a collection of staticmethods. Using the following example code to get started:

device = adb_commands.AdbCommands()
device.ConnectDevice(rsa_keys=[signer])

Other changes/fixes
