I configured ldap synchronization and the test was normal, but the users were not synchronized.

please provide those for us to better understand your problem,

the harbor version, the logs of harbor core and if possible please provide the log from your ldap server.

LDAP users are not sync to the Harbor. It only sync to Harbor when the user login to Harbor.
