Harbor-2.2.2 version 'prepare' script runs corresponding goharbor/prepare:v2.2.2 image in privileged mode

I have upgraded my Harbor docker registry to v2.2.2. I just noticed that the goharbor/prepare:v2.2.2 image runs in privileged mode in the "prepare" shell script. Ad this container runs in privileged mode, it actually runs with almost all capabilities of my host. This makes a bit concerned. Is there any security implication of it?
