@godiard, when I was testing sugarlabs/sugar#569, I noticed something wrong with help activity... When I open the activity I get:

Unable to load page
Problem occurred while loading the URL file:///home/tch/Devel/sugar-build/activities/help-activity/html/index.html
Error opening file: No such file or directory

That happens when the language is set to english, and when I set it to another (e.g. spanish) it works but the CSS is missing.
