On the way to achieving a work-life balance (which most say is unrealistic in software) we realized that the best way to do things is to let go. Letting go of the ego, letting go of perfectionism, letting go of expectations Sounds crazy right?
Well, when exploring the habits of recognized remote developers, we found some really interesting patterns and questions.
For example: Failing makes you think in a way that success can't.
Software isn't about code, it's about value. How do we thrive on the overwhelming amount of information we process every day? How do we achieve clarity and evaluate our priorities? Is remote work the same as remote work in COVID? Let's dig deeper.
