Add ability to selectivly block /javascript or widget

"I do love everything about what Ghostery-provides, but having the ability to selectivly block a /javascript or a widget on e.g. Twitch would be really nice, or maybe if you set Ghostery to block familiar widgets across the web. ((Like Noscript, except less intrusive))"
