Create web settings interface + switch from radio to BLE

I'd like to create a web interface to modify some of the settings (e.g. compass direction from 1-character to 2, 12 or 24 hour time, etc). This would probably use Bluetooth Low Energy to transmit the settings. This would require re-coding the Radio extension to Bluetooth (as they are not compatible). I tried to do this in the middle of the project, but the Bluetooth extension errored out.
