Churro Bar

Description

Churro Bar will move to its downward position to score in amp, than move back to upward position.

Implementation Plan

Churro command to lower bar, score, than raise bar. Subsystem has one motor stay at upward position using PID loop when button not pressed, lower to downward position until launcher runs for short period, than raise back up.

Affected Subsystem(s):
launcher

Additional context

May not need PID loop if Churro Bar rests on launcher, TBD
