Information about bug

Installed Helpdesk with main branch on a existing bench (v15)

When creating a new ticket, the following error is coming-

/api/method/helpdesk.helpdesk.doctype.hd_ticket.api.new DoesNotExistError

Checking the code confirms that this whitelisted method exists. Not sure why its throwing HTTP 404 error.

None

@RitvikSardana - can you please look into it? I am still getting this error after 3 weeks, even after updating on the latest version

This could be a permission issue, it is not replicable on the local server or on production issue.

We also faced that error. Unfortunately we had to create a SLA with 3 priorities (Low, Mid and High). Then we can create a ticket.
