Add target user to command logs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Looking at the Output panel for SFDX commands it feels like one very important bit of information is missing: The user target of the command.

Starting SFDX: Deploy Source to Org

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be helpful if the user / alias the command was executed against was displayed somehow:

Starting SFDX: Deploy Source to Org for target: fooUser

09:07:35.903 sfdx force:source:deploy --sourcepath /Users/jonas/Documents/code/hello/force-app/main/default/pages/Foo.page --json --loglevel fatal

I know it's already displayed in the status bar of vscode, but given the inherited nature of the defaultUsername config, it might just be nice to for extra confidence that you are sending your commands to the correct org.
