Log-in dosen't work in 3.5.3

For a week I had no more data with version 3.5.1 for a Opel Corsa-e.
The log said, I should have to register again.
On this occasion I created a new container 3.5.3. (QNAP Container Station 3.0.8.981)
Now logging in is no longer working. I come up to point 5, but I don't get a code there to continue ...

Someone the same problem and the solution? Thanks

EDIT:
I tried the login process on another laptop 2 hours later and it worked. No idea why... Let's see if the data comes continuously now...
