for http://mirror.alpix.eu/linuxliteos/isos/4.6/linux-lite-4.6-64bit.iso.torrent (open source software)

I've used edit -a "http://182.176.139.149:2710/announce" linux-lite-4.6-64bit.iso.torrent
the file has changed, but when I've checked (imported to torrent-client) the tracker wasn't in the list (list of trackers hasn't changed from the original file).
