I guess the error is due to unsuccessful of Boost build managed by hunter too. Make sure you have the boost package download by hunter as:
hunter download Boost from
-- Using src='https://github.com/hunter-packages/boost/archive/v1.70.0-p0.tar.gz'

which v1.70.0-p0.tar.gz for my case is the latest boost package. What i am hitting on Mac in my case is that after building program_options, hitting: clang ---> error: unknown argument: '-fcoalesce-templates'
