Dell latitude 7330 thermald not working

Hi,

I have recently installed an Arch based distro (Manjaro) on my 7330 2-1 screen, and I'm having problems with getting the thermald to work properly.

I keep getting issues with CPU downlocking to 400mhz and the only thing I have configured is TLP. Could you assist with some details?
