💅 vuestic-admin rework

Right now vuestic-admin is mostly on life support. We want to add missing parts and revitalize it.

New pages and ideas will be added to this issue as time goes on.

We won't release vuestic-ui until we deem changes sufficient for big release. (this issue doesn't have all needed changes right now)

• We're going to leave translations only on sidebar. In all other places - we just use strings.
• Report to vuestic-ui repo any issues on their side.
