Run npm link to make local repo available globally

"validate" is too generic, so best to use "enketo-validate".

• test what clone + npm install --production does. Does this make enketo-validate available locally? globally?
• same for npm install -g enketo-validate

• may have to rename the "validate" file in the root to "enketo-validate" and create an alias for "validate"
