I believe the current list of CSRankings conferences was largely determined by a survey sent out to PC chairs and members (https://github.com/emeryberger/CSrankings/blob/gh-pages/docs/CSrankings%20survey%20results.pdf). Since it has been (5+?) years, it might be time to do a new survey to ensure the list still reflects the state of these confs and their impact.
