[Help] Enabling ENA Express on self-managed nodegroups

What help do you need?

I am trying to create a nodegroup with ENA Express enabled, but am not sure how to specify this in the config file, and whether that is even possible with eksctl. If this is not currently possible, I'd like to propose this as a feature request.
