Templates.Mvc.Tests takes longest time during the test run. is there anything that can be optimized / remove redundancies (e.g. by merging some tests)?

this test suite alone is adding about half an hour more than any other in the repo. if this isn’t a concern, feel free to close the issue. i was just suggesting a cleanup / optimization for these tests to help speed up ci runs.
