Theme does not show when Intelij is closed and reopened.

Describe the bug
The theme is selected and set through the settings in Intelij. Once you close the IDE and reopen it either later or right after, the theme does not appear, however the background wallpaper is shown.

To Reproduce

1. Select and apply a theme
2. Close Intelij IDEA.
3. Open Intelij IDEA

Expected Behavior
Theme to load and show.
