Missing Stickers

The stickers are missing on my PyCharm. After clearing my temporary files on my pc, I realized the stickers were no longer available. I am unsure if the clearing has anything to do with this issue, but I uninstalled the plugin to see if I could reinstall it and have the stickers come back. However, they all seem gone no matter what I try to do.

I had the same problem in IntelliJ, I guess it might have something to do with corrupted data stored in xml.

Had the same issue. For me it solved with reopening project. But i have to do it every restart
