font_export broken in 0.9.5 #30

A change introduced in 0.9.5 release to the font export scripts causes generated fonts to render with very bad fidelity. For instance, try exporting the attached font... there are many problems... for instance, the holes in the 8 and & glyphs are filled in.

I tried using the font_export scripts in 0.9.4 and the result was perfect so it seems to have been introduced in 0.9.5.

In 0.9.5 we moved to support lxml in BeautifulSoup 4. This is denoted in the readme as to how to upgrade BeautifulSoup using PIP. This should resolve the issue.
