DroidSSHdService

- createPidWatchdog() - perhaps move FileObserver to Util and make it a single/static object (on Base) to the whole app (specially since we shall have at most one FileObserver active at any time). handleStop() and others need to be checked as well.

- startDropbear - think about improved/better way of handling std in/out/err on the shell/session/process responsible for firing up dropbear (possibly re-enable/implement sending output to a log/debug/activiy scrollview)

- investigate about using Service startForeground(int, notification);

InitialSetup
------------

- handle screen orientation changes and other config changes (i.e. HW phys keyboard shown/hidden) so our activity doesn't get restarted automagically (which is potentially a mess to clean up)

- check about dropbear binaries/symlinks and non-rooted ROMs (i.e. check scp)

Dropbear
------------

- implement/deploy SFTP solution/support

- investigate alternatives to compile smaller binaries (i.e. link against uClibc? bionic?)

Preferences
------------

- pick defaults from XML instead of hardcode defaulf values (NumberPickerPreference, Base)

- implement 'hidden' preferences: have we run at least once? version of the app? daemon needs to be restarted due to pertinent config changes? basic/initial setup done? status of daemon (to persist across boots?)
