By using modified me_cleaner https://github.com/oood/How-to-Disable-Intel-ME-on-Intel-NUCs, and internal flashrom DOS utility it is possible.

This worked with my motherboard but I strongly advise you to follow the advice of contributors and use an external programmer as everyone's system is different.
