The current "Publish BOM" job only publishes the Item BOM to XML

Create additional jobs which publish the BOM also from a file

Create for both XML push jobs, also a variation which writes the data directly into a SQL tabel

The job to publish a BOM from a file is currently required for a customer. Please create such job asap.
Note that a data validation against a XSD file should be possible.

Additional thoughts on the XML structure: It would be nice to create a similar structure to the one that is used by the item export of Vault. That makes it easier to connect to 'default' ERP integrations, not depending on file/item export type.
