in the project Lemo https://github.com/coolOrangeProjects/LEMO/blob/main/Files/powerJobs/Jobs/Send_Mail.ps1 you will find a sample for sending emails via powerJobs.
Based on this template, create a sample jobs for email notification

for testing you can use your own email address. ask IT about the connection details, like SMTP and such
