IT Meeting & PM Tasks

• prepare project schedule with dates as a project schedule suggestion (get approval from all parties for your project plan)
• Handover to and assign the Customer IT to all open customer initialization issues, which can be found in Project Status Overview & Updates #207
  • Customer should focus on Test Environments and API samples + documentation.
  • if SAP invite Wiktor to meet to explain SAP Gateway topic to the customer
• Assign the main developer to all open customer initialization issues and Roadmap until Go-Live Phase #142
