Right now it's easy for failures due to glitches on a master branch to pass by unnoticed causing package to not be built and uploaded. It would be nice to monitor for when a branch build (i.e. not a PR) fails so someone can restart it. It would also be useful whenever there are larger scale outages so we easily know what needs to be retried.
