为什么你认为需要此功能

因分享小程序转链接的功能失效，无法在qq内打开分享卡片的网页链接。考虑既然可以长按直接打开 app ，长按直接打开网页链接应该是可以做到的

具体功能需要 / Detailed features requirements

长按小程序卡片出现选项多一个【打开链接】，选中后可打开小程序卡片解析到的网页链接。在设置中可选是在qq内置浏览器打开或使用第三方浏览器打开
