PAYG is slightly off #5

The PAYG is off by $1 which I suspect is a rounding issue.

Example calculated over 2 weeks:
TAXI - 1200
DED - 117
PAYGW - 117

Using the Coefficients from:
https://www.ato.gov.au/Rates/Schedule-1---Statement-of-formulas-for-calculating-amounts-to-be-withheld/

Based on the schedule below this should be $118
