An accompanying patch for varnish adds a click listener to those buttons that puts the code blocks contents into the clipboard.

An accompanying patch (carpentries/varnish#159) for varnish adds a click listener to those buttons that puts the code blocks’ contents into the clipboard.
The overall intention is to resolve carpentries/workbench#58.
