There is an issue with showing partner gene frequencies (particularly noticeable with new CHORD dataset: https://www.cbioportal.org/study/summary?id=msk_chord_2024):

New solution in clickhouse is to only show genes on the panel (i.e. no off-panel partner genes). As a temp fix for current production we want to sort by sample count instead:
